GAMMA is proud to present METAMOON, which will feature two visiting authors: S.K. Hughes (Hamilton)
and Ruby Brunton (New York City). S.K. Hughes is the founder and managing editor of Milkweed and
Moon Milk reading series. Milkweed is a sex-positive feminist magazine based in Toronto, featuring
writing, photography, and visual art from around the world. Ruby Brunton is a New Zealand-raised poet
and performer who now lives in Brooklyn. She is a contributing editor to Mask Magazine, an online
repository of youth and internet culture packed with interviews, editorials, news, and style in the age of unrest.

METAMOON will also feature local writers Ashley Opheim, author of I Am Here and founder and managing editor
of Metatron; Ali Pinkney, author of Tampion, Olivia Wood, author of A Work No One Told You About; Marie Darsigny,
author of Filles and A Little Death Around the Heart and founder of Les Filles Missiles; and Aaron Boothby, author of
Reperspirations, Exhalations, Wrapt Inflections. Paloma Dawkins’ trippy and magical, interactive animations
will be featured throughout the night. Come and have your mind flossed.
