Indigenous Voices of Today: Knowledge, Trauma, Resilience: a standing exhibition.
This long-running exhibition remains one of the most important Indigenous-led spaces of learning in Tiohtia:ke. Rather than placing Indigenous peoples safely in the past, it insists on living realities in the present: knowledge that continues, trauma that is ongoing, and resilience that is active. It belongs on an April calendar because it offers something more lasting than a one-night event — a place of witness, reflection, and Indigenous presence in the city.
Date: Ongoing in April 2026
Location: McCord Stewart Museum, Montréal
